Since it is looking for interesting, specialized and unique content, you are better off going with a short, catchy title for your page instead of the generic “10 ways to stay in shape”. After all, there are millions of pages out there with that exact title. What makes yours any different? Having a unique title shows that you have put some thought into what you are presenting to your users, and also shows that what you have to say is worth the exposure you will get by being on the first page of results.
